The following video was presented by David Nicholas, PhD, at the 2021 KBHN Navigation Workshop. David gives an outline/introduction of the Navigation project as a whole and our goals, 1) to improve navigational systems by making them coordinated and person-and family centred, and 2) to build capacity across the continuum of care including primary, secondary, and tertiary levels of care, and across sectors (education, health, social services) and in collaboration with NGOs.
