The following video was presented by Lucyna Lach, PhD at the 2021 KBHN Navigation Conference. Lucy created a community conversation of 56 participants representing NGOs, service providers and managers, foundations, as well as parents and advocates. They came together to build a shared vision of the future for navigation.
